One of Ayana Santi's strongest assets is the experience behind it. The people behind  the project bring together more than 50 years of combined experience across hospitality, tourism, travel, guest operations and property development.

Their background includes hotel and vacation management, working with Online Travel Agencies and travel partners, 13 years operating Soul Surf Travel in Australia, managing surf resorts throughout Indonesia and consulting for leading surf resorts. Today, that experience continues through Australian Surfing Adventures on the Gold Coast.
